help

ok so im a virgin but ive done things like i got a handjob and fingered a girl and licked her fluids off my finger and idk if i touched my penis afterwards i might have and also i masterbated with a girls panties idk if clean or not but now about 11 months after i noticed this skin directly  above my circumsision line  is alittle raised and thickened and if you spread it out theres a bump its sorta like  long and it looks like a little lip and also theres 2 other really small ones right next to it its not rough its smooth and im really scared i have genital warts please help thank you

Doubtful, just go get it checked but it's unlikely to be wart related

ok one more question one day i masterbated hard like 3 times in one day and a part of my penis swelled really bad for a few days and this bump is around where the swelling was like maybe directly where it was i dont remember but could it possibly be from the swelling? like it just never went completly down or something? thanks

Very unlikely you got genital warts from that exposure, ive never heard someone getting it the way you describe. Also, it's rare for warts to take that long to appear, usually it takes a few months but 11 months is a lot.

my guess is they are not GW, but you need to get them looked at to ease your mind
