hpv infection possible

I been going out with this girl for awhile now and we are in a relationship. She told me she has hpv and has been getting tested every 6 months and the results that come back say she has been getting better. We havent had any sexual intercourse yet because of it but we do foreplay. My question is can i get infect just by rubbing the tip of my penis on her clitoris. Any information will be helpful

Well there is this theory (by some doctors and some of us) that if you have had no symptoms or have negative test results in a row for 6-24 months, then your immune system has either made the virus dormant or has eliminated it. It is at that point you are no longer contagious. However, if it is dormant than this also means that it could re-activate at some time in the future or maybe not. There is also a theory that one is always contagious but we don't want to believe this. I've had 2 doctors tell me both. All I can say is if you love this person, does it matter?  How do you know that you don't have it too?  There is no test for men....

When she found out she had it she had to get surgery done since it spread to cancer. But since then her results have been coming back since then as its getting better. She found out she got 3 years ago but i wasnt with her at that time. So in your own opinion you think shes not contagious anymore but how is that possible. Thanks for your input.

Yes, rubbing of genitals can spread the virus.  It is the genital skin area that is the most infected on a person's body. But I am confused by your GF's test results (getting better). If she had the virus a long time ago and is getting every 6 months, she may not be contagious.
