i'm in the same boat, i had a condom ON with a female who had NO genital warts present and 2-3 weeks later I came out with appear to be 2-3 small growths on a protected area.

is there any one with an answer to this?

If you were wearing a condom then your risk is much less then if you had unprotected sex. How ever HPV is a skin to skin transmition and also sheds if sctrached, this is a low risk. Even if you did get HPV you could have it from another encounter or you can have it for years with out any symptoms or warts.
