If you were wearing a condom then your risk is much less then if you had unprotected sex. How ever HPV is a skin to skin transmition and also sheds if sctrached, this is a low risk. Even if you did get HPV you could have it from another encounter or you can have it for years with out any symptoms or warts.
yes,but if you contracted it while wearing a condom are the warts likely to apear on the unprotected area or protected area
i'm in the same boat, i had a condom ON with a female who had NO genital warts present and 2-3 weeks later I came out with appear to be 2-3 small growths on a protected area.

i dont know if it is my imagination, but i think i have two small (pinhead) size bumps i didn't have ( on the tip of my gllans) before, my partner has about a two weeks ago told me she had thrush infection so i have been puting cream on, i don't know if this could be the causse , but i am losing sleep.
