Hopefully someone has an answer.

Several months ago I noticed a small round whitish spot on the shat of my penis. It does not itch or burn, it hasn't spread or multiplied and at time will appear almost flesh tone or a little red. Sometimes after a long sex session it will appear whiter and flake and peel like dry skin. Lately it seems that it is a little more raised like a very small lump, but usually it is flat and smooth. I originally noticed it about two days after having sex with a girl and this was about 6 months ago. My urologist seemed to think it was nothing, but I am still getting an appointment with a dermatologist. Does this sound like HPV (a wart) at all?

No it wouldnt be like a dry patch of skin and peel. And the colour may change at times of irritation etc, but it would generally stay the same tone

Would a wart become like a dry patch and peel though like dried skin? Would it appear whit sometimes and flesh toned at other times?

Not really, because it appeared two days after exposure with a sex partner and that is unheard of. Symptoms usually occur months after. In other cases weeks or years, but I've never heard of symptoms appearing 2 days after
