hpv surgery side effects

I was told about a month ago that i had sever hpv and had to have the chunk of my uterus affected removed so that it would not get worse. I had to go in a week later and have surgery to get it removed. They scraped the area out and used a laser to burn it afterwards to make sure they got it all. It's been about 2 weeks since my surgery. The last couple of days however I have been losing pieces from my uterus when I go to the washroom. They look like burnt flesh and are pieces about the size of my pinkie nail. At times I can lose 2-4 pieces. I dont know if this is normal or not. Sometimes it looks like big scabs. I'm hoping its just healing and discharging of the old pieces that are healed, but im really not sure.
