is this genital warts?

here are two close ups of the skin on my penis:

it's flacid in the first photo and erect in the second. as you can see, i have a few pearly papules which i know aren't a threat to my sexual health, but in that area there is a small, slightly discolored patch of skin. when my penis is flaccid it's not very noticeable, it looks like wrinkles..but when my penis is hard it becomes  more noticeable. if i spread the area apart with my fingers, it just appears as though they are simply deep wrinkles or variations in the skin..there is nothing sharply rounded or wart-like anywhere on my penis. this patch of skin in the photos doesn't hurt or itch. i'm 18 and a virgin, and i noticed this on my penis a few years ago and now i'm starting to worry.

Okay well as genital warts are sexually transmitted, and you've never had sex or engaged in sexual contact - they definatly aren't genital warts. You can't get them via kissing.

Genital warts either go away, stay the same or get worse.

I think they are fordyce spots to be honest.

I probably should have been more clear, sorry!

I'm pretty asexual/celibate, I just don't feel the need to have sex really..which is why it's kind of funny to me that I'm the one having this problem. the closest thing to sexual contact i've ever had were two pecks on the lips of two different people when i was younger, both of which took place after i noticed what was going on with my penis. another thing i forgot to note earlier is that genital warts usually recede some or go away within months, and if they don't they get worse. this patch of skin hasn't gone one way or the other, it looks exactly the same as it has for years.

Seeing as you are a virgin, you won't have to worry about STDs, its probably just normal variation of the skin. Have you ever had sexual contact?
