oral cancer worries
i had had sex with sex worker nine months ago since then tested for every std.but for the last three months i've had a sore throat on and off ear pain and lips feel chapped and have little white dots on lips look like fordyce spots .i came to conclusion maybe it oral hpv. went to ent twice and dentist twice.just wondering what can i do to make sure im on top of this just in case that what been causing my sore throat.any helpfull advice would be good.going derm to make sure it is fordyce on lips for sure. what else can i do please advice want to live a long time and get over my mistake tank you

You say you have been to an ENT twice and a dentist twice. Did you tell them you suspect it's oral HPV?
You say you were tested for every STD - I assume blood tests for STDs including HIV, HSV-1, HSV-2, Hepatitis, chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis and that they were all negative. That is a good sign.
I also assume you performed oral sex on the sex worker. If you did not, you are far less likely to have any oral STD than if you did.
