wart on iritation?

Ok so about 4 weeks ago I noticed a tiny black dot on my penis head and instantly started stretching it etc to see if it changed shape... as a result of this I now have a fair bit of loose skin on penis head.
The dot now seems to be red and when put under certain types of lights looks as though it may be slightly elevated buy it doesn't feel raised and if I look at it sideways on it doesn't appear raised. Also in daylight it looks flat.

It is about 1 mm

If I stretch it out it seems to go flat and just still show the Tony black dot.
If I leave it covered over night or use baby lotion to moisturise my dry head (dry from constantly rolling back my foreskin to check if it's still there like an idiot) it seems to fade.... However if I roll my foreskin back for a minute or so and let the glans dry out it seems to appear again.

It also seems a lot more prominent when erect.

So my question is does this sound like a wart?
Would a wart stretch flat?
Would it appear to be almost gone when the head is moist but reappear when the head dries out, if it was a wart?

Iv been in a monogamous relationship for years also.

I'm hoping iv just worries myself over something silly but just thought I'd ask on here

Thanks in advance.

Also when I stretch it and let the skin settle back it seems to "disappear" or hide in the tiny wrinkles.  Am I right in assuming if it was a wart it would be just as visible?

Iv also just noticed the very slight elevation seems to be under the skin as opposed to being something growing on top of the skin. And it goes from skin coloured to like a pinkish red after being exposed for a minute or 2
