warts possibly hpv

I have had what I would call warts for a couple of years now. they are very small and white to flesh colored. They are in clusters on the head of my penis. The problem is that I am a virgin, I have had no sexual contact, yet they are there they are onl visible when I am erect though. I am to nervous to bring this up with my doctor or anyone else for that matter. They don't hurt and for the most part (almost always) don't itch. I am now 19 and am to be honest worried that they could hpv and becaue of that I refrain from sex. I think some have gone away but there are still several around the head of my penis. Please someone tell me if they have any advice or ideas about removal of the warts or Any other advice in general thanks in advance

First and foremost I highly doubt you have genital warts. Gw rarely effect the head of the penis. It sounds more consistent with pearly penile which is normal. Believe me Doctors see penis all the time and it is just another day in the office. Go get checked out so you can put this behind you and not feel so self conscious. You will feel so much better once you do until then you are going to drive your self nuts!
