Hi I was infected last year with GW im a man and it was removed Nov 2012 and April 2013 and last August 2013 and from that time nov.2012 til now sep.2013 No sex at all Is there any chance that i will carry it through my entire life.

Vitamin C (with bioflavonoids), Zinc, multi-vitamins, E, A, folic acid are the usual ones people take. Also some take supplements such as green tea extract, lysine, agaricus blazei mushroom extract, etc. Look for products that builds up the immune system. Stop smoking, exercise, eat healthy, get more rest and reduce your stress somehow.
