So you go to the doctor and he assures you that it isn't warts and you do not believe him.  when you say "I hope he is 100% right" you show you secretly doubt him.  It's very common so don't take it personally.  We somehow want to hold on to any tiny seed of doubt and exploit it to remain in fear.  It's weird but true.  I do it and I've seen it here in this site hundred of times.  Your job is to take a deep breath and look yourself in the eye in the mirror and just tell yourself you are not going to give in to the fear and anxiety.  Your risk is so low it's almost laughably low my friend.  No one who has sex regularly nor any doctors would find any reason to think twice about your interaction with that woman.  Just accept the doctor's words, take mine to heart and simply just decide to believe you don't have warts, actively tell yourself you are moving on from the doubt and guilt and fear and go have an awesome marriage and fun sex life.  Don't even worry about that last sentence of yours.  It's grasping as your brain is refusing to let it die.  but you must kill it and forget about it. YOu can do it.'

you most likely do not have HPV from this encounter.  It is extremely unlikely that you do although it is possible to get HPV at the bottom of your penis where the condom doesn't cover.  After ten months with no warts, it's looking less and less like that is what happened.  I'm sure you are fine.  No need to worry further.
