I had a few warts before I was pregnant but my doctor told me they weren't warts so they weren't treated before I conceived. Now that I am pregnant, they have been growing very aggressively because the immune system is lowered in pregnancy and are harder to treat now. I would try to get them treated before you get pregnant if at all possible. HPV doesn't impact fertility as it is a skin disorder and has nothing to do with ovulation or anything like that.

I have never seen anything that suggests HPV hampers fertility. In fact I have seen on many sites that it doesn't. High risk HPV's can cause cell changes, I have these and I also have low risk that causes warts. My periods have been a bit different but still reg., every month.

You will need to see your doc to have everything checked out. Because your immune system is working to clear the virus from your body you might want to wait til you are past symptoms to concieve. Stress, can cause both symptoms and lack of fertility. So try to boost both your immune system and destress.

There are some risks to the baby when giving birth with HPV symptoms present and you should consult a doc about this. Maybe wait til you are past this then work on having a healthy pregnancy.
