yeast infection or hpv

I have white spots at the oppening of my vagina. im really wondering if it could be vaginal warts but i doubt it. they look more like patches of white extra skin kind of like a taste bud or skin tag. they arent hard, they dont hurtor itch they are jsut kind of there... i have no other symptoms other then i have a yeast infection. Could that be the casue of this? PLEASE HELP!!!! and i know i should see a doc but im scared to ask my mom even though im 20 and probably shouldnt be :-). thank you

GW can appear anywhere from a few weeks to a few years, however most likely a few months after exposure. It's rare for them to appear years after but it's been known

i was more thinking it could be because i was itching a lot could i have cut myself and it jsut be healing now? if it was like genital warts how long after sexual contact would they start to appear?

Probably not to do with a yeast infection from the sounds of the description. Could be something completely harmless, but if your sexually active then go get them looked at
