had a hysterectomy have my ovaries can i have a baby

Had a hysterectomy have my ovaries I really want a baby can I get help to do this ,my voilent ex made my choice for me bout havin the hysterectomy , I'm now out of that relationship and have a lovin partner ,I really want a baby with him , can I get help to do this and how do I go about doing it plz

I am sorry to hear about your hysterectomy. If you are still ovulating, it may be possible to harvest the eggs from your ovaries. Those eggs would then need to be fertilized by your partner's sperm and implanted in the uterus of a surrogate.

You need to find out what type of hysterectomy that you had.

If the whole uterus was removed, then you would not be able to have a baby.  

Sometimes women get partial hysterectomies so there would be a chance of a pregnancy.

Make an appointment and speak with your doctor to find whether the whole uterus was taken out.
