38 year old with complete Hysterectomy

I am a 38 year old with three children and just had a hysterectomy this past Wed.  in 2003 they removed my left ovary and left tube due to the severity of my endometriosis.  Last Wed they removed my other tube and ovary as well as my uterus and cervix.  My doctor put me on the Depo Provera shot to help with the hot flashes.  I was wondering if anyone could guide me with all the controversy of the hormones.  This happened very quickly for me and I am really struggling with my feelings regarding this.  Today has been very hard for me crying not sure why or if it is the fact that the hysterectomy is settling in and is so FINAL.  God Bless Jenny

I forgot to mention that many women find great relief from Black Kosch sometimes spelled Black Cosch its an herbal,,if you decide to discontiue the deprovera you may want to ask your dr about it . It seems to help the symptom of hot flashes the best and is available in most drug stores.
