Your welcome.
Different Drs give different advice. internal sutures will disolve sooner with heat. I am very glad you held off on the actuall sex.
The problem with adhesions is like the problem with scar tissue. Dr. may have gotten it all from last surgery..but how much more may have been created from most recent operation. theres no real way to know. I am pretty sure your tired of operations.
two five year olds ! I see why your up and down!
Glad the exercising is working its good for three reasons. 1. possible helping break up adhesions if you infact have any. 2. exercise is great for getting back to normal, beating those "blues" and 3. can tighten up muscles that support pelvis.
good luck on the hormones its just getting the right ones for your chemistry,,dont give up till you get it right.

Thanks for all the input. I have had many adhesion problems hence the ovary removals. I was adhesion free as of 6 weeks ago when they removed the ones around my appendix.
I can honestly say that I have not avoided hot baths. I love them and was told by my dr. go for it. So a week and half post op I started my nightly bath routine again. I was given clearance on the sex part 2 weeks post op, but I have been careful there w/ really only outside stimulation. I have stairs, I have two five year olds, so imagine I am up and down. The first three weeks I was really good and took it easy. I still have not lifted anything heavy. I have started bike riding and walking a bit more intensely. I think that has actually helped. The thyroid and adjusting hormones is the biggest thing now....Thanks, M-
The more abdominal surgeries you have..the greater the chance of scar tissue or addhesinons,
I honestly feel that 6 weeks post op for tubes ovaries and appendix is not uncommon to still feel pain. Are you over doing things or resting?
no lifting. excessive bending. avoid heat on belly. like hot pads or hot baths..NO sex. stairs is ok just limit the times up and down.
I am sure not a Dr. but I would say you should be healed on the inside , not that you are. There is only one way to know that and that would be a diagnostic lap..you dont need any more surgeries even a lap unless absolutley needed. I dont mean to disrespect your Dr. its just my opinion everyone heals differently.
Feel better
