I'm sorry you're suffering! My whole body and world "fell apart" too after my organs were removed. When I started researching it became clear why. Our organs are vital to every aspect of our health and quality of life our whole lives despite what we are and aren't told prior to surgery. The ovaries don't shut down at menopause; they continue producing hormones for life which are needed by every part of our bodies.

Joint and muscle health, bone health, mood, memory, ability to think and concentrate, hair and skin health, sleep, energy, and sexual function all depend on the hormones from our ovaries. And the uterus has vital functions too. HRT can help improve some of the harms of ovary removal and improve quality of life.

Have you tried or considered HRT or is there some reason you cannot take it?
