Can a woman get pregnant after having a hysterectomy?

Back in 2006 I went in for a complete Hysterectomy and over the past two and a half years I have spotted around and I had an experience back in August 2008 that was very strange and I took a home pregnancy test and it came up positive. How can this be possible?

without a cervix the sperm cannot travel to fertalize the egg, without a uterus the embryo cannot grow except in rare cases when it implants with in the pelvis else where,,with out ovaries there is not an egg to be fertilized,,IT IS IMPOSSIBLE
