Is it natural to still be BLOATED a year after a FULL hysterectomy?

I am more depressed now than before the surgery. My GYM didn't take it seriously and suggested I see a professional in a GYM. WTF? Really?

I'm sorry you're struggling! I became very depressed / suicidal after my organs were needlessly removed. I can't speak for the bloating although I do have the hysterectomy belly since it compromises our entire midsection (spine, hips, rib cage). If you have issues with constipation as many women seem to after hysterectomy, that can cause bloating.

Are you taking hormones (at least estrogen)? That made a world of difference for my depression.

I hope you can find something that addresses these issues!
