10 Months after a Partial hysterectomy

I had a partial hysterectomy in March of 2007.  The biopsy revealed 22 fibroids within my uterus.  I chose to keep my cervix and ovaries in place.  My doctor mentioned that I could have some light spotting due to uterine cells hanging out at the top of the cervix.  3 months later the spotting showed up...dark and rusty...and lasted no more than 3 days.  All tolerable.  This month however I have been bleeding for 7 days...real bleeding...bright red...severe breast soreness...help?
