Estrogen dominance after partial

I had a partial hysterectomy in January of last year due to ovarian cysts and precancerous cells. I am only 29 so my doctor did not think I would have many issues or need to be on hormone therapy. But since then I have gained close to 30 pounds (I have gone from 130 to 160, all or the weight centralized to my stomach- and my breasts have gone from a c cup to an EEE .... ) despite clean eating and exercising regularly. I had my thyroid checked by my doctor in May and they came  back with a  tsh level of .056 and a t4 level of  4.1. My doctor then had me do an uptake and scan and said it came back normal and no longer thought my thyroid was an issue. Now my doctor thinks I am estrogen dominant but my thyroid levels are still out of whack. does any of this makes sense. is it related to my partial hysterectomy ? why if my levels are hyper thyroid can I not lose weight ?!? sorry this is kind of thyroid/hormone but I didn't find any other forums to Post in. Any feed back or possible natural remedy suggestions would be appreciated .

I was just sent directly from my OBG to get additional labs after she looked at my prelim results and heard my symptoms . The new tests are testosterone ; free and total, estradiol, FSH and LH, CBC with diff and platelets, thyroid peroxidase with antibodies, and thyroid profile .

If that free T4 level is accurate, it is very high. Not sure why it would be so high and your TSH so low unless you are hyperthyroid or have some sort of pituitary problem.

As far as hormone testing, go with blood tests not saliva.

My hips are sore too since my hysterectomy...it messes up your pelvic structure and integrity.

It says t4, free (direct) and had a result of 4.13 and the range was .82-1.77 . I was not tested for hormone levels at the time but I have an appointment t tomorrow for just that. Do you recommend mouth Sean or blood test ?
My other symptoms include always tired, always winded- I use to run half marathons now I can barely get up a flight of stairs without being winded and rapid heart rate! I have extremely sore hips and shooting pains between my shoulders and down my back if I sit more that 30 mins. My nails seem brittle and I don't nbke how to explain it but my mind just seems cloudy , like I can't focus or remember things .

Unfortunately, hysterectomy can really mess with the endocrine system. And there is a 40% chance of ovarian failure due to the loss of blood flow as well as loss of the feedback loop with the uterus. However, women are seldom told these facts. Your TSH result would seem to indicate hyperthyroidism but not sure about the T4. Is that total T4 or free T4 and what is the lab range shown on your results? Did your doctor check your ovarian hormone levels (estrogen, testosterone, progesterone, FSH, LH)?
