hi I understand a bit better now,,,the cause of her surgery was cancer? this is likely why she is nauseated as well as any medications I would ask her dr about this, there is likely a counter medication he could give to fight the nausea. There is one called tigan but dr will know that.

she had her operation on Feb 1st 2011 and its now march 2nd a month or so later and is still getting nausea after all this. she went to her surgeon or consultant on monday last and he said the operation was a great success and that she will need about 5 session of radiotherapy and that usually takes place after 6 weeks after surgery so she is in for that when the 6 weeks come up. She is just nausea sickish and it is not sore really its the hernia i think thats causing the trouble much more than the hysterectomy.

How long ago was her surgery? and same question as above. what types of medications is she on often they are cause of nausea, in any case please take her to her dr imediatley this type of weight loss merits concern and she needs different meds or advice on how to take them if indeed medication is the cause , only the dr can determine that.
