I had a complete hysterectomy. I'm having cramps. What could be wrong?

I have always had female problems. In 2016 my OB decoded it was time for a complete hysterectomy. I don't have my ovaries, tubes, uterus, or cervix. In the past year I've begun having what feels like menstrual cramps. I don't understand what's going on. What could be wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Do you have endometriosis? If so, hysterectomy is not a cure for endo so the pain can come back or never improve after hysterectomy. It's possible too it could be your bowel as the bowel is displaced when the uterus is removed and can cause problems.
