hystrectomy

i had complete hystrectomy 8 year ago, but i found out quickly after my surgery my doc left litte part of ovary. since then i am dealing with pain in my right side,agter so many diff treatment i am still suffering with pain.last week my pain gets worse  and my gyn  he done ultrasound.he said the cyst is bigger than before and they are too many cystsnow. the pain i have right now it is worse pain i ever had and my right side backand abdominal feels like locked.is there any body can tell me if u experience same thing. my doc tells me it is major surgery also he told me it very serious too. please advise what i need to do.right now i am taking birth control pills and some lortabs.

you ask me about size of cyst is about 4/6cm.birth conrol pills according to doc to help supress the cyst.      thank you remar helping me on this issue.

let me tell u all over again, briefly what happened was in 2003 my gyn performed a complete hystrectomy, about six month after that srgery i developed pain in my lower abdominal area right side.upon examination and ultra sound test it was discovered i had ovarion cyst caused by ovary remnant in this area.since that it has been treated with medicine birth control pills, provera shots of lupron, 2nd surgery, drainaing fluid same area with saline soulution, nothing seems to keep it calm. but provera help some time.i have difficulty in walking, back pain all the way to back shoulder. upon my last visit to gyn. blood test ca125 was carried out results are at present normal. but i am scared this may develop into something else dr has suggesed  another surgery no 3 which i am not sure resolve anything. please advise desperately in need of help.

Can you say why your Dr. has you on birth control pills? I'm wondering if your Dr. is saying this is serious surgery because they would have to go through your abdomen. Have you asked what size the cysts are? Sorry about all of the questions but more information we have the better we can help you.
