Movements in ab like a baby was in there

Hey everyone, :)

I'm just wondering if anybody has experienced what I have with what feels like a baby moving inside me.  It's 6 1/2 weeks post-op and this is something that's just starting.  It's so great a sensation I think anybody near me could see it happening, but I can't even see if from the ouside.  LOL  I was told my a neighbor who is a student nurse that it's my muscles contracting and everything healing from surgery.  This morning I was completely swollen like I would be by the end of the day if not worse than usual.  She also told me that it's our bodies way of protecting itself to build up fluid for protection during healing.  Just wondering if anybody else out there can relate to what I'm experiencing.

Also........  What do you all say is the BEST SCAR medicine to use?????  Wondering what the winner will be.  LOL

Hope you all are doing well and having a GREAT WEEK.  Sharon :)

I had my hysterectomy on June 13, 2008, and have been experiencing the same butterflies feeling like being pregnant.  It has gotten less and less each day, but it was pretty weird during the first two weeks.

I'm happy to say it's settled down whatever it was.  I think it is just a part of the healing, but it sure would be nice to hear others say they experienced this too.  LOL  :)

Hope you're well tonight.  Blessings to you and yours.

After you have an organ such as the uterus removed, other organs and intestines etc shift around in there too, other than that I can't say what it would be.....
