Could having a vaginal polyp removed from vaginal cuff cause a foul odor a couple weeks later?

Well the gyn cultured it anyway and it DID come back as a vaginal infection. I am now on Flagyl for it.

Just went to the gyn yesterday and he sees no infection but granulation tissue on my vaginal cuff that he said could cause the odor.

It sounds like you may have an infection. Sorry to be just getting to your post. I hope you've been to see the Dr to find out what's going on.
