you would need to track down your surgical medical records to know what was used in your body...mesh has been around a very long time...but what was done in your body would only be know by getting copies of your records or going back in to see if it's in there...

I have been wondering that myself I had a uterus up lift a couple of years after I had my son about 10 years ago I started to get really bad periods and was really sick all the time about five years ago I went to see an obgyn and he told me I needed to get  a hysterectomy they tried to do it laparoscopic but every time they turn me upside down I would die after twice the cut me open and he said  that my inside was really messed up and if I had waited to much longer I would been dead but now this mess lawsuit states for anyone that had it hapen had to be five years
