can i get pregant

can i get pregant if i had a hysterectomy im not sure if i had a full one so i need to know if there is a possible way

above poster mushave a ovar reminat and her utus or it would be completley impossible to be pg..wish I had a doller for every time I was askthis question I think s should makt very clear to women they will never have a bay oce uterus is gone and I dt believe  do they ae ladies know this,
natch there are otheways to be a mom you can marry a marry a man w kids a love them as a mothe, adopt, foster or hire surrogate....drs should ask ladies ify want eggs harvested before hyster also..

I was under the impression that if you had a hysterectomy that you did not have your uterus.  When I had my hysterectomy done, the dr took the works.  I'm talking about everything, the fallopian tubes, ovaries, cervix, uterus.  Not that I miss any of them.  I don't have periods, which means no pms!  WooHoo!

a hysterectomy by defenition is the surgical removal of the uterus. a woman must have a uterus to be pregnant therfore it must of been some other female surgery you had , such as the one tube and ovary thats called a salpongoooperectomy...its really not a hysterectomy..they do use the term complete hyster when uterus tubes ovarys and cervix are all removed so the medical terms get a bit confusing

I had Hysterectomy done this past year, i only have one fallopian tube and ovary, and right now,I'am pregnant, yes u can still get pregnant as long  u have uterus&fallopian tube&ovary U CAN.

if you have a cervix a uterus and atleast one ovary you could become pregnant
