could my headache be related to not enough hormones?

I had a hysterectomy a year ago. They did take my overies and left my cervix.I have been taking estrogen only hormones (enjuvia) and am now learning more and think i may also need progesterone. My real question is can a hormone imbalance be causing my HEADACHES? I have been to 3 ENT drs. a neurologist and on antibiotics for 3 weeks. Once i went off the antibiotic i felt okay for 1 1/2 weeks and now my HEADACHE is back.I have never had anything like this before. I was also having leg cramps after my surgery and my dr. told me to take calcium. I am also wondering about the bioidentical hormones and if they need to do a blood test and/or spit test being that i have no overies.I read that the leg cramps could be due to the fact that i do need the progesterone. I amsorrry I am all over the place with this question, but i can't function with this HEADACHE!!!!!

I am Debbie 57, and I don't know what is going on with my completion. I have had a hysterectomy over 20 years ago and been taking estrogen for that same amount of time. Recently I have tried to only take one pill every other day and sense I have done that I've developed a skin condition of very small pimples in clusters on my chin and checks. Dermatologist calls it roseasha while none of those meds help, I've noticed that taking my hormone pills every other day this is comming back. Just wondering If anyone has come across any skin conditions do to the lack of estrogen in their body. Thank you

If they are migranes your estrogen gone and that does trigger headaches in some women. Bio identicals in my opinion and most on here are the best...I like Vivelle its an estrogen patch you apply below the belly button on pelvis and change 2 or 3 times per week according to drs advise..I did not have any blood test for this its not necessary if your ovaries are gone you have no estrogen,.Calcium is good, for bones, I had restless legs and leg cramps right after my hyster but they stopped when i started bioidenticals...a multivitamin is a good idea too.
