full hysterectomy 2 years ago

I had a hysterectomy 2 years. ago at the age of 21. I have the Depo Provera hormone shot a week ago. My whole body has been hurting.and I asked to not get it again.has this happened to anyone else.I have never had pain this bad. my endi is worse than before the surgery.what should I do.I have to have hormones I'm only 24.thanks in advance for the advice

There are many hormone options from contraceptives to hormone "replacement." Since estrogen feeds endo, it is thought that a progestin or progesterone should be taken along with any estrogen to attempt to keep the endo from growing.

So Sorry that you are in pain!  When you say endi, are you referring to endometriosis?  If so, was your hysterectomy a partial?  There are other hormone alternatives on market that might be better.  Have you spoken with your dr about other options?
