hysterectomy

HAVING TROUBLE LOOSING WEIGHT EVERY SINCE I GOT MY FULL HYSTERECTOMY TRIED EVERY THING AND STILL NO WEIGHT LOSE DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT I CAN DO TO LOOSE IT

well i tried cadio and dieting and still no results i hate to go to options as getting surgery and it does cost i just thought you may have something else but i guess ill have to deal with the weight gain which is so depressing theres got to be something out there other than surgery if you hear on it please let me know thanks

unfourtunalty it seems to come with the surgery,,most gain an adverage of 20 lbs in a years time and seem to maintain that, all I can suggest is speak with your Dr about a exercise routine, what diet may work best for your metabolism ( a endocrinologist may be best for this as they can measure all hormones)


last resort if you have the money and it really bothers you would be cosmetic surgery such as lipo or a tummy tuck do NOT do this with out several consults and certanity nothing else will work..personally I just bought  new clothes a few sizes bigger and am greatful to be painfree for the past 5 years as the 5-10 yrs befor that was a multitude of surgeries/ tests invasive and other trips to er etc..
