I had an abdominal hysterectomy more than 1 1/2 years ago and have gained substantial weight around my midsection. Prior to this surgery, I had to have an emergency C-Section so I have been cut both vertically and horizontally twice. Are there ANY exercises that can be done? Even after all this time, I feel so "loose" in my abdomen. When I exercise on the treadmill, I still have to wear a binder because my midsection is so weak. Any help would be valuable to me.
