pregnancy after hysterectomy?

I had a partial hysterectomy (not abdominal) when i was 29. I am now 45 and apparently going through the change. I am on H.R.T patches.

for the last couple of weeks i have felt movement...not flutters but it feels like i am being kicked....mostly in the same area so do not think it is wind..lol...is it possible that i could be pregnant or am i going totally insane?
