Thanks for the suggestion. We just launched the Menstrual Cycle Tracker, which allows you to track your cycle, and PMS and PMDD symptoms.

You can add the Menstrual Cycle Tracker from the Women's Health Community.

Thanks for the suggestion. We do have a menstruation tracker on our list of to-do's for women who just want to track their cycles (as opposed to actually trying to conceive). We'll let you know when it's available.
