Could this still be irritable bowel syndrome?

Doctors assume that its irritable bowel syndrome and i was suggested to stay away from milk and all dairy products so i have for about a week and a half now and still no change. I have very loose stools and as soon as i eat something i have to go immediately for a bowel movement. IT never fails. I have as many bowel movements as i do meals. Whether is breakfast or lunch. No matter what i eat being seafood, mexican food, hamburgers, subway, etc..  y ou name it they all afecting me the same way. Actually when i was drinking milk it seemed to help me feel better as compared to now where i cant come off the comode. This has been going on for three weeks now and im not sure what to do now. Drs really arent takin it serious or  just got too many thins to do so im asking for some advice.t hnaks

I take Questran (generic Cholestrymine) 1 tsp. w/ water at bed (One package can be to binding and constipate.),  It binds bile and stops my diarrhea.  If I don't take this at bedtime.  The next morning, no matter what I put in my mouth I will have diarrhea.  I had my gallbladder removed 9 yrs. ago, and with that I got IBS w/ severe diarrhea (pain and fatigue, alot of acid.  Also, try Protonix for acid.  I cannot eat gassy fruits or vegies, citrus or acidic foods, no fried or fatty foods, no dairy, no alcohol.
The Questran is a miracle for me.  I've just been put on Symax an antispasm med for your digeston.
Good luck, I wish you well.

Search "Celiac disease."  This is a condition where your body no longer tollerates a substance called gluten.  Gluten is in EVERYTHING we eat... bread, beer, salad dressing, ketchup, crackers, croutons, pasta, etc.

The classic sypmtoms of this is loose stools, diareaha shortly after eating, foul smelling stools, gas and stomach cramping.  Lazy doctors frequently misdiagnose Celiacs Disease for IBS.  I had to force my GI doctor to test me for it.  Now here is the funny part.....she told me I tested negative for Celiac but when I quit eating products with gluten my symptoms go away.

I'm not saying this is what you have but it sure sound like it.  Good luck!
