Something's terribly wrong with my stomach

Hey.. I'm 18 year old boy.. For the last 4-5 days, I have been suffering from some serious disorder.. Its like I have to go take a dump every 10 minutes.. The moment I come out of the loo, 10 minutes later, I have to go again. Its hard stool coming out sometimes and diarrhea sometimes.. I used Lomotiv which my friend had recommended which managed to block it throughout the day but the same thing comes back at night and goes on.. And for the last couple of days, everytime I'm passing, there's intense pain at a spot right somewhere near my stomach.. Can't figure what that spot exactly is.. I am a caffeine and cigarette addict, just for the record.. Can anybody please help me out? I am going to try Econom and O2 now.. I will be glad to find some help where I don't have to go to the doctors.. Thank you very much! :)

I found nothing on the internet about lomotiv or econom.  Not even one article about them.  And I have never heard of them.  Also, I have no idea what O2 is but I assume it is oxygen?

Thanks a lot for your comment.. The only problem with me seeing the doctors is that they do unnecessary tests on me that come out with unnecessary results leading to unnecessary circumstances.. The friend who recommended these medications is finishing his MBBS studies this year so I could trust him on it.. But I guess there's nothing that there can be done except go to the doctors :(

You really need to see a dcotor about this.  You are probably becoming dehydrated because of this and there is nothing that someone can recommend online that will replace a medical examination and testing.  I would stop trying these medications recommended to you by friends, and see a doctor asap.  Good luck.
