can anyone help me doctors are stumped too , yellow diarrhea..

ok  the main thing is  i'm usually  160-165 lbs  for age 21   5'11", and i'm now 135 lbs  and this was over a period of  3 months  and i'm trying to gain weight again. Also  I have  yellow diarrhea alot, thats the most frightening thing after 3 or 4 days, could it be Giardia. I get chills frequently and my lower left side of my abdomen cramps alot i also have  alot of coughing going on, but mucas looks fine. the coughing sometimes turns into fits of green vomit i do believe thats bile, i also have  dizzy spells.  the doctors think it could be my impacted wisdom tooth so they gave me antibiotics for the swelling lympnode on my left side of my neck.  I was fine till my impacted tooth came in thats when i had the weight loss but could be a coincidence. I just want to know what is wrong with me, i'm thinking also maybe salmonella could be the culprit  of the yellow diarrhea cause i think i didnt cook  the chicken thouroughly enough friday night 27th of february I also have a stiff neck occasionally. I have been feeling run down and exausted.my breathing is fine, I'm cutting back on smoking so im breathing better and as an after thought, my hands are always cold .If anyone can help me i would greatly appreciate it

it would be very simple to give your doctors a stool sample to be anaylised and cultured..and I have to disagree with you bile is yellow..not green..green is not good its almost always infection...If you had aslmonella youd likely have a very high fever and low energyl....Im curious why your doctor has not asked for a stool sample seems so logical...best wishes,,and get to the bottom of this ,,,if it is related to an abcess tooth thats nothing to mess with people have ended up in hospital on IV antibiotics from tooth abcess,,,
