Do I have a risk of renal failure, as my creatinine level is 1.16, with eGFR 74%. ?

I am male-47y, taking medicine for High BP, since I was 27 years.
I was diagnosed with Hypo thyroid before 2 years and taking medicine for that too. Recently I did a blood check up and see that my creatinine level is 1.16, with eGFR  74%. ,( Where as my creatinine level was 0.98 before 2 years). My blood Urea Nitrogen(BUN) is 9.3 mg/dl, Uric Acid is 5.1, Calcium is 9.1 and BUN/ creatinine Ratio is 8.02. I don’t have any difficulties in day-to-day life.
My questions are :
1. Do I have a risk of renal/kidney malfunctioning?
2. Do I need further tests?
3. Any diet plan to improve my health?”
