my creatine is 7.2 my dr said i need dyalisis i am too scare

on may 9 2018 my creatine was 6.60  on may 23, 2018 my creatine jumped to 7.2  
what can I do?? I don't have any symptoms I don't smoke drink
pleaseeee I am broke since I am on disability for a number of yrs

I also had a creatinine level of 7 after further diagnosis it was determined I had anca vasculitis mpa. And required plasma pherisis treatments. Six cycles of cytoxin a form of chemotherapy. And steroids and Imuran. After 1 year my creatinine has stabilized around 3 with no dialysis required. Although my kidneys are only functioning at 20 percent. I am maintaining these levels for 1 year now
