I have been having severe back pain and dark urine for 2 weeks now and passing pieces of stone the dr told me i had bilirubin in my urine would that explain my fatigue and nausea and vomiting and the pain?

Dark urine is usally not enough fluids. You really need to increase your fluid intake for now. Back pain, fatigue, neusea, vomiting and pain can all be due to the stone fragments.
If indeed it is bili-rubin, you need some liver testing done asap. Good luck....Cara

Are you drinking enough???? Cranberry juice and parsley tea can help, half a teaspoon of bicarbonate soda and water will take the sting out of it if it hurts when peeing.
