Hi, there is possibility of kidney in infection, please get urine routine microscopy along with culture sensitivity done. Also, ultrasound  abdomen to rule out pathology of urinary tract obstruction, stone etc.

How old are you, any history of diabetes?

Possibly kidney stones, kidney infection, or UTI... I am not a doc but I know it isn't normal. Go to your doctor.
