eGFR = 74

Hi, I am a 39 year old white female.  I've recently been through various rounds of testing due to a number of symptoms, including fatigue, shortness of breath, among other things.  On a recent lab result I noticed the eGFR value = 74.  My serum creatinine = 0.9 mg/dl and my serum BUN = 7 mg/dl.  My question: is a value of 74 for the eGFR cause for further testing, or at least discussion?  My Dr. didn't mention it, and I'm not sure why.  Thanks for any advice!
