kidney stone 3mm

i went to hospital with a diagnosis of 3mm stone in left ureter track half way down as per CT scan. I been given pain relief and discharged. I still have sudden bouts of intense pain and I been given liquid morphine to ease the situation. I have a holiday of a lifetime booked to Jamaica and no one will tell me what I should do pls can someone advise will it stay in bladder or should I push to get removed by eswl
