kidney stone surgery

i carry two stone .one in left kidney 12mm and one in rt renal area. i have to undergo laser surgery. one year back i had undergone hernia (rt inguinal) surgery. i want to know that is there any problem in carrying out kidney stone surgery now. in any way is it related? thank u

Hello and hope you are doing well.

No it is not related. Hernia is the protrusion of abdominal contents through an abnormal opening. It is usually the bowel. It will not cause any problems to have the surgery now for kidney stones.

Yes you can carry one out just cause you have had surgery before does not mean youll have it every time
