Pain in penis after removing the stent

I had a 6mm stone stuck in my ureter which the urologist broke up through ureteroscopy on 22 April. They put a stent thereafter. I had the stent removed on 19 May, and since then am bed ridden. I am having high fever, severe pain in penis, and burning sensation while urinating. What is causing all this ??

The stent was used to allow your ureter to heal from the stone and the procedure you had. I sincerely hope by now that your pain and discomfort had gone away, or at the least, your physician has done something for you to clear this matter up so you can go on with a normal life. I apologize because I notice that your post was made back on May 26th and I did not see it until today. Why, I don't know, as I check in here almost daily but please let us know how you are doing now. Just so you know, yours is a severe reaction to having had a stent put in and removed and since I have no experience with that type of reaction, I don't want to give you any false info.

I read swelling and blood clots can cause pain similar to the pain when the stone got stuck.  Are you on any meds at the time the stent was removed?

Naproxen or flomax???
