A simple Lymph Node question.

Can you feel lymph nodes if they are not swollen?  I believe I've had a couple bumps in my neck throughout my life that are small a little bigger than pea sized bumps.  They move around a bit, not painful or anything, just there.  SO, can you?

Yes, nodes are all over your body. Some people are more apt to feel theirs than others. Also, nodes are very, very sensitive so if you continue to touch and play with them they will stay bigger and will can actually increase in size.
