Hi.
There is a possibility that the dizziness you are experiencing is secondary to a paroxysmal positional vertigo. This usually happens when there is sudden and excessive head movement.
Lymphoma can also be extranodal. This means that lymph nodes are not involved, but rather involves the other organs like the skin, brain, gastrointestinal tract, etc.
Hope this helps.
Hi again, i also have addison's and take prednisone for many years, i read that a compromised immune system can cause lymphoma? also working on public aid, thank you so much for your information. you guys are great!
I just want to say thank you for responding, i just want to add that I have a spot in my back that started out the size of a nickel to now a size of a softball that iches burns and tingling all at the same time. there is nothing on the skin itself, it feels deeper. also recently i have been very dizzy when ibend over, move my head to the right when lying down or move in a car fast, i feel a very intense tingling sensation that hurts. I have read that lymphoma can get in your back and nerves? I would really appreciate a response. thank you. p.s. there is no mass in my back or anything just sensations.
Hi Angie.
How are you doing?
A biopsy can help a lot in the diagnosis. You are having symptoms for over a year now, the cause of which is still undetermined. Lymphoma can be one of the considerations. I think you can still wait for the public aid. If there is a symptom progression or worsening, you may opt to have the biopsy done as soon as possible.
Take care.
