Need advice on how to mend the situation as below

Dear Dr Kaur, in my last health checkup a few days ago, following were the readings:

Cholesterol is 215,
LDL is 42,
Triglyceride is 252,
LDL is 139
SGPT is 254,
Prothombin Time of blood was 10 Sec,
INR 0.84;
Haemoglobin was 10.9,
RBC count was 3.61 m/cumm,
PCV (Calc) was 31.4,
WBC count as 4660/ul.

Rest all other values were within the normal range, though most were on the lower side. I do not drink (not more than once in six months). I eat non-veg, and I smoke. Please suggest what can be done to bring these values to normal (especially SGPT and Haemoglobin). I do not have any symptoms of any kind.
