High SGPT and SGOT numbers

i had blood test i had sgpt at 48 and sgot at 55, and Direct biliribium at .32 and indirect at .6 total-.92.
rest albumin, globulin and alkaline phosphate are in normal ranges.
I am bit overweight too.
what to follow, should i reduce my weight or see a doctor.

ref. range of alkaline phosphatase is at 100-290 I/UL
